For March, I have the special pleasure of doing a guest post for the wonderful folks at The Book Wars, an awesome site devoted to children’s lit reviews and interviews. This year, their March theme is books by indigenous authors. Through my own interest in children’s books and my work over the last five years with the Museum of Anthropology in Vancouver, BC, I started researching book-lists and markets for those interested in children’s literature by First Nations, Inuit, and Métis authors.
